Medical Billing Services fees are based on a percentage of reimbursments by the insurance companies. Unlike other companies we do not a charge a percentage of patient reimbursements, Cost for reports, and rebillls. Our percentages are different for each client based on the size of the practice, patients, and reimbursements. We calculate a fair percentage for each practice based on these these items
A/R Recovery services by themselves are charged by the hour and are under a temporary contract. We can provide these services alone or with our Medical Billing Services
Patient Statements are charged $1.00 per statment to help cover some of the costs of printing, mailing, and postage.
We have yearly contracts and and if you sign for more than a year, we will lock your percentage rate in for the additional years.
Consulting Services are also charged by the hour and the price is determined by your needs.
