Our rates our customized to fit your needs.

How we charge for our services

Our rates are charged on a percentage basis for billing services. Our percentage includes all the services listed above except A/R Recovery and Consulting.

Our fees for A/R Recovery and Consulting Services are charged on a hourly basis. 

We offer 1 to 2 year contracts. If you decide on a 2 year contract, we will lock the same rate in for 2 years to help you save money.

We are unique compared to other billing services. We do not charge you a percentage of the patient balances, additional costs for  patient statements, billing calls and customize reports. Ours are included.

Because we are a  small business, we can offer you quality services without charging you a higher price.

When contracting with a bigger company you have to ask yourself what am I paying for?

Your paying for the bigger companies office space, advertising, and for all their employees.
Not to mention, who's really managing your account. Bigger companies have a higher turnover of employees.
