As we are emerging on a new year, we look forward to making your payment transactions easier. That's why we now offer this easy pay option which we are encouraging our clients to use.
You will find it is a very easy transaction and no signing up for an account to pay is required. It is an electronic payment thru PayPal which is a secure electronic payment site. We have found thru our survey that this payment process would eliminate our clients from writing a check, addressing an envelope,sending us the payment, and waiting for the check to clear thru their bank to balance their checking account. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes compared to the hassles of writing a regular check.
Just click on the "Pay Now" button. Then click on where it says "Don't Have an Account". From there, you just enter your payment amount and following the final instructions.
Please note, that payment is due upon receipt of invoice. This is also noted on the invoice as well. A late fee will now be added on to the balance due if payment is not received within 7 days from the date of the invoice. The fee will be added to the next invoice for services.
As always, we try to work with our clients who have legitimate reasons why they can't pay on time. As with any small business, it is important for us to receive payment promptly so can continue to perform the services that is needed for your practice.
