My name is Sally Anthony and I opened Anthony Medical Services in 2002. We now have expanded our client base and services over the years and are still growing. My company is based in South Hills of Pittsburgh but we serve clients all over PA. I am also the author of "Simple Steps to Starting a Medical Billing Business" which was just updated and re-released in 2011.
I'm a graduate of the Peters Twp School District, Western Are Vocational School, Washington County EMS and ICM School of Business. I have Degree in Accounting-Data Processing-Medical Assisting, EMT Certification as well as Medical Billing and Consulting.
My company is part of the Southwest Chamber of Commerce, South Hills Business Connectons and Bridgeville Community Day Committee.
I was also hired to teach a Medical Billing Refresher Course to medical billers and coders at CCAC in 2009. I started offering training seminar to doctors and staff to educate them about upcoming changes in the insurance industry along with our guest speakers.
We are currently working on DNA & Fingerprinting Kits for KlassKids Foundations which we provide for free to parents in our community. We are currently offering classes to patients and their families on how to understand their medical bills, understand their insurance, as well as how to read their Explanations of Benefits. We are very involved and commited to making a difference with clients as well as in our community.
With all that said, I thought it was necessary to give you some background information of who I am and what my company stands for. It is a big decision to outsource your billing needs and you want to make sure it's in the right hands. We ensure that all of clients are satisfied with our services. If they're not, we try and find a way to resolve the problem to our clients satisfaction.
If there is ever a problem, concern, or question, I am always available to my clients. I work along with my staff to ensure we are giving you the best service possible. I will meet with you in person whenever possible to discuss updates, reports, or just to see how things are going. How many companies can say that?
